Wow your guests with this version of a classic favorite with added texture, crunch and flavor! (Makes 24 servings Prep Time 20-30 minutes)
Smoked Whitefish Dip
Ingredients
16 oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup Mayo
1/2 Cup hot sauce
1 Cup chopped radish Microgreens or 1/2 tsp radish powder
1/4 Cup dried onion
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1-2 Tbsp dried dill
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp season salt
Directions
For the fish:
1 pound of whitefish/cod marinated overnight in 1-2 Tbsp of Liquid Smoke ( turn occasionally)
Bake in oiled dish/pan at 375 for 15-18 minutes until flakes easily.
Cool and shred. Add to mixture below after all ingredients are combined.
For the dip:
Blend cream cheese, mayo, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Add herbs and spices and mix well. Fold in smoked whitefish. Refrigerate 2-3 hours so flavors incorporate.
Serve with Local Acre Toast Dippers
